Whitworth Memorial $1500 to win B-Mods

Whitworth Memorial presented by McCarthy Auto group
B-Mods get another huge payday this friday night June 1st.
$1,500 on the line should draw some great area drivers back to Humboldt in hopes of beating some of the top local racers in the country.

Aslo racing will be Tumbleweed Street Stocks, Home Saving Bank Factory Stocks, and the Oreilly Auto parts Sport Compacts

This race is to give thanks to Ron and Dwaine Whitworth who simply dedicated that last years of their lives to make a top notch facility in our area. Ron and Rhenda Whitworth purchased the track in 1990 when in was in shambles to say the least. Tons of hard work an dedication have been put to the speedway since then with Dwaine running the grader from approx 1991- 2004 and Ron taking care of all facitily needs and upgrades along with mastering track prep until his passing.
He was most remembered for giving racers what has been called the McDonalds of racetracks,"You always knew exactly what kind of race track you were gonna get everytime you rolled threw those gates".
