Fourth of July means fireworks, that's what Humboldt Speedway provided Friday night. Also, $2000 to win in the McCarthy Auto Group / USRA Modified gave racers an additional bit of motivation. Following a recent accident, the bridge over 169 has been temporarily closed to thru traffic. Please use the alternate route provided to get to Humboldt Speedway. Taking the Tank Farm Road Exit ( Two Miles South of Humboldt Exit) head east to either 1600 Rd, which is gravel and has low water bridge, or to 2200 Rd., which is asphalt. With more rainfall expected today and this evening, track official have decided to reschedule the Whitworth Memorial Races to Sunday May 29th. The entire program will run in its previously scheduled format. Gates will open at 4:30 with races starting at 7:00. This event includes a $2000 to win B Mods event.
