Born and raised in Hutchinson, Kansas. Graduate of Hutchinson High School before attending Washburn University. After graduation from Washburn University moved to Larned, Kansas. William still lives in Larned, Kansas with his wife Katelyn. They own and operate Simmons & Simmons a public accounting firm. William is also the Mayor of Larned.
